I want to start this blog with a small recap of Cartoon Crossroads Columbus—our first convention since the pandemic began!

This CXC was the debut of our new comic anthology WALK! It’s a compilation of various comics we’ve made throughout the year, like our comics for Hourly Comic Day, and bits of our newest projects Heatseekers and Monster Tree. You can find the PDF version on our Ko-fi!

On Sunday we got to participate in a panel about the CXC Discord (2020–2021) and the Comics Comics Comics server, which led to the Tid-Bits anthology (with its second issue also debuting at CXC!!). It was really exciting to be sitting next to some of the friends we made online during quarantine! friendship!! COMICS!!

Overall, we had a great time! We really missed traveling and sharing with comics people, and we’re looking forward to do it again next year if all goes well 🙂
